Another possible explanation... Maybe the P-G is the boy who cried wolf. I bailed out after the first article and this is the third or fourth that I know about. Maybe no one is listening anymore. Those of us who are still skeptical are out and those who remain (many personal friends) are holding on and ignoring the P-G. I drive by BICO several times a week - they are still there!
