John - highly speculative: We haven't discussed it on the thread but I've been wondering about our major ports, often under the control of port commissions. There's a lot of automation in getting ships loaded and unloaded. Tava's Cargill contract got me thinking about this. My question is along the lines of who is in charge of a major port like New Orleans, LA etc? Who is responsible for being sure it's compliant? These are obvious bottlenecks for huge sectors of the economy and population - petroleum, grain, spare parts, consumer goods. Do we have any port experts?
