Thanks for the tips, man. I was really hoping you would post and tell me this stuff. Let's see now, who would I call a jerk? 1.) Someone who asks for SEC filed financials before investing, or 2.) someone who makes statements like the above. That's a tough one.

BTW, exactly who is lined up for the buyout?
