Hey MG..my logic might be wrong here..but if cpx share holders will have 13.29 % of LCE isn't that a reverse split of 7.5 rather than 1:10 ????The companies involved sure are impressive...the bronfman family involved with 9%+, they usually only invest in success...I think this will be a long term hold though...we will have plenty of time to get into this....as the movie business is pretty volatile... I'll try to find some more info....
