You have to admit, though, that if somebody wanted to drive the price down, and thought that posts here could do that, Party and Steven are doing the right thing! :)
Think about today's weakness for a minute. If you want to attribute it to something, a good bet would be that it's due to the non-release of the financials, and the non-release of a press release from the company. It's weak because investors were expecting these things, and they didn't come to pass.
Now, who built-up expectations of these thing? Was it me? Would we be seeing this weakness if investors had not been expecting financials this week?
In all fairness, it was not Party who said that financials would be released "for sure" this week - although he was certain about "by the end of the month" and later waffled on that say they didn't necessarly have to release them to the public. Now - prudently, I might add, he's not putting any specific date on the release of the financials, saying only that he is sure that they will be released "some day".
But, until today, he added to the expectation that they were coming very soon.
I do agree with you, Aleta, that Party seems sincere, and, no, I don't think he is a shorter. I was making the same point you made in a different way. Steven asked me what I thought the best technique was for driving the stock down by posting on a thread. I replied that I thought that the way that he, Party, and others have acted on this thread seemed pretty effective! My suggestion that Party is a shorter was hyperbole. |
