mike, any profits would be deemed illegal, imho, and would have to be returned to the company. huttoe should not be allowed to profit from trading allegedly illegal shares. all he can try to do is hide the paper trail of his transactions and/or hide the money itself. if he does this, the sec should put huttoe and all his cohorts in jail until they all "fess up." i just hope they don't cut any "deals" to reduce time to be served. AN EXAMPLE SHOULD, AND IN FACT, HAS TO BE MADE OF THIS GROUP IF THEY WERE INVOLVED IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. otherwise, many, many, many more will pull the same game... over and over and over... THE SEC MUST SEND A CLEAR, POWERFUL AND VERY PAINFUL MESSAGE TO ALL WOULD BE OFFENDERS. good luck...
