I am inclined to agree with you that the time might be ripe to start phasing into some of these markets -- whether it takes 12 months or two years, in the long run there ought to be a good return. What sort of return are you looking for over 15 months? How much additional downside do you see in these markets?

>>I am raising 20% of my 300% leveraged fully invested portfolio exposure is now in ASEA<<

First can you tell me exactly what you mean by "20% of 300% leveraged ....." Does this mean that you ae 20% invested in these countries and 300% leveraged overall?? Also, what instruments would you suggest for investing in these markets and what, if any, protection on the down side would you recommend. BTW, why have you left out Japan -- I thought that you felt that this had turned the corner.

thanks
