TK, Good job as usual, I appreciate all your time & effort. I totally agree with your comment: It is my firm belief that threats - implied or overt - are counterproductive at this point in time. I think too that anyone who wishes to change any part of the memo can do so very easily before they mail. This would save you further aggravation and satisfy all concerned. Gary
