The new economy and herd mentality?

The new economy is not build on ideas. It is build on education of people to build real goods and services to satisfy the population demands. As unemployment decrease to 1%, we are faced with the bottom of the barrel. People who are hard to conform and unskilled, have to be in the work force. Nonfarm job growth has to be in the service field. Workers who are skilled has to be trained by the companies to go more into factory automation. Quality of production will go up. We do not need highly skilled manual laborer. We need planners and designers of automation.

The new economy can be destroyed by herd mentality. Where herd of uninformed people start to echo words they do not understand. Leaders of these herds, would speak of the old economy and wisdoms that had no truth or future. Interest rate tightening will control inflation. Not an ounce of truth. Inflation is controlled by abundance of products and services. Labor rate increase will inflate prices. Not true. Labor rates should increase as automation takes over high production rates.

Unskilled labor is the back bone of this new economy, because we are moving to a totally employed society. First time, a capitalistic society can have full employment, because we allow employment of any skills. It is no shame. It is practical. Goto your favorite supermarket and you see all people being employed. Part time, full time, whatever it suits the work force.

Herd mentality can only be overcome by education of the misleading self appointed leaders of ill repute. You and I, all have to check ourselves, every once in a while.
