Other drugs in advanced human trials much further along. For example Ligand (LGND) has a drug ready for NDA to treat Karposi's which is in a gel or capsul form. It works extremely well and is ready to market, it is in advanced trials on other cancers. By the time ENMD is finished all clinical testing it will still have to prove it's use is MORE effective than other drugs which will already be on the market in order to get a NDA. This is what makes investing in BIOTECH's so risky. IMO a fair price on this companies stock given the time and money required to even know whether the drug candidates have any value for human cancer treatment. Sorry but the only thing holding up the share value is wishful thinking and short selling/buying back to cover. The huge majority of newspaper and financial reports on ENMD imply that the market price of the stock is vastly inflated over true value at this time.
