I agree with ricky, I can't argue with a takeover at $80 per share, but i'd bet we'd be much happier with a $160 equivalent in 3 to years! Well let's be realistic, let's keep the multiple on estimates constant and project the following prices: currently trading at roughly 40 x 1998. 1999 will end up at $1.65+ 2000 will likely be in the $2.40 to $2.70 range 2001 we should see eps of $3.90 one year price target should be $66 24 month target: $100 36 month target $156 All of this assumes a stable market and the avoidance of a massive technology correction in mid 1999 in anticipation of reduced tech capital outlays due to y2k conversion issues. I'd give it a 40% chance for that kind of a mess. TD
