I haven't, but I know someone who has. He says that Aqua Vie does not taste good. That's subjective, apparently some of the people on the Aqua Vie thread who've tasted Aqua Vie like it, though as I recall some prefer water. I've tasted Aqua 1's products, and they've all tasted excellent, except the grape, which might be because I'm not a imitation grape-drink lover. A lot of people are, and it sells well. I was going to give Aqua Vie a taste, but when I saw the price, for flavored/sugared water, I thought, "never-mind. I can always make Kool-Aid," and for 1/10th the price. Or buy a dozen cans of Coke or Mountain Dew. Anyway, that's the way I see it. The two companies, though both are small and both make beverages, are not at this point in direct competition, and I have to believe that the huge, multi-billion dollar U.S. market, not to mention the enormous world-wide market, for beverage products mean that there is room for lot's of growth in a dozen such companies before we have to worry too much about that. |
