The book was "not a penny more, not a penny less"... I don't think the related groups have had much success, yes they have found some oil, but not anything to boast about (why do you think they keep changing names... i don't see an Exxon in this group!) Yes, they always have a chance of finding oil by being in highly prospective areas, but reality is these are wildcats and success is low. Timor is a great draw... but is their ticket a winner?
