I agree with you totally. All these people that are having problems probably don't realize that all on-line brokerages are having problems and that E-Trade has the fastest service of any of them. But there are problems that just can't be fixed by E-Trade. For instance, Internet bandwidth. If you're having problems, use their 800 number. You can make trades that way when peak time overloads their system.
