Mary: How can management take/tender-offer our shares without the shareholders' approval? What price do you hear they will offer? Obviously the price has dropped, and a lot of us have been buying shares on the way up, so are not currently in a profit situation. I personally would be reluctant to vote for any offer that meant a price loss for me.
