Read the S1 registration by Orbcomm if you haven't already.

According to yahoo thread there was an article that appeared in a magazine called 'Satellite International' and the caption on the second page read something like "Orbcomm reveals satellite trouble on the eve of the IPO". Here is the link to the article.

Mind you this article was based on S1 registration filed by Orbcomm on April 21,it appears that they just took the stuff that was under 'Risk Factors' and went with it as I don't know whether they also highlighted the positives. As required by SEC regulations the S1 must show both positives and negatives of the company to protect the prospective investors. Based on the title of the article the magazine obviously want to put a negative spin on Orbcomm,so take this whole thing with a grain of salt and better yet read the S1 and make up your own mind.
