I would almost prefer a hostile takeover to going private. At least the opportunity would exist to participate in MDIX's future, even in a diluted form. I hate the thought of being shut out of MDIX. The feeling is like being the first full-timer with Apple, while they're still building computers in their garage. Suddenly, Steven Jobs comes up to you. "Hey, remember those 1000 shares we gave you instead of a paycheck last month? Well, we want 'em back. Don't worry! We'll double your money. Okay?"
