The answer to the net commerce question is 'sort of'. From a technology standpoint, many of the issues of reliability, transaction control, and understanding the underlying industry are the same. But getting to the customers is a little harder so it's not a shoe-in. I would expect the executives at CPQ charged with that business to drive pretty hard towards businesses who understand net e-commerce customers either throught partnership or acquisition.
