Let me get this straight. We need 10% of the float to call a proxy vote. The float is around 116M (last I checked), so we need about 10.6MM shares just to CALL for a Proxy Vote.

Then we need a majority (51%) to get our motion passed. So for us to vote Jack out, we need almost 59MM shares voting him out. Is this correct?
