Checked Microsoft Investor only article I could find relating to Jabil was the purchase of this stock by Eric Dublin who runs the Tech Stalker model portfolio. Eric purchased Jabil on April 2nd, the following is his reason for purchasing Jabil, " This Florida-based company ($1.2 billion market cap) will likely be a familiar name to many investors following technology-related stocks. It is among the best-managed electronics contract manufactures, with diverse customers across many hardware markets. Investor's Company Facts and Business Profile offer a nice summary of the company's market and customers, and it details the company's strong financial performance through the last reported quarter. Trouble is, the hardware slowdown has tarnished the stock. The company anticipates that revenue will slow to near the level of the first fiscal quarter, with a probable rebound in the second half of 1998. In my view, the stock has priced this in and the $30 level will likely prove to be the downside risk going forward."
