On the blackmarket for V, an interesting Reuters' article:

to import the drug if and when it is authorised, said the
company would put its request to the Health Ministry soon. The
process for drug approval takes approximately four months, she
said.

"The black market is blossoming all over the world," she
said, pointing out that Viagra had only been approved so far in
the United States and the Netherlands.
