Ian and All: I am starting to look at Teradyne (TER). It has just entered the buy zone for a small initial position. Recommend that others take a look. Selling at 13.5x 1998 earnings at $34.5 at 11x 1999. Book value at $11.00. 1996 price/book trough = 1.3x with 1997 peak at 5.3x. Chart shows a broken stock trending towards the lows at around $30. Had a nice run to $48 from January and appears to be going back to $30 and change. Does anyone else have a position in this company or an opinion as to its prospects?
