I would like to point out that the main reason the AP countries fell appart is that they took on too much debt to grow. Combined with a flood of money looking for something to do, caused asset to become inflated, which made it possible to lend more money. Point 2, DELL has started issuing debt so they can continue their share buy back program with out interuption while they try to expand their business. I think both of these look strangely simmilar.
