"Agrippa replied to Paul, In a short time you will persuade me to become a Christian. 29 And Paul said, I would wish to God, that whether in a short or long time, not only you, but also all who hear me this day, might become such as I am, except for these chains."
Thanks for pointing out Scriptures to show that Paul was preaching the The New and Living Wayand encouraging both ancient Jews and Gentiles to become Christians. The Holy Spirit revealed to Paul that Jesus's Crucifixion and Resurrection had opened a New an Living Way into the presence of God.
It is too bad that the Markoffs and other messianic Jews speak so disparagingly about this This New and Living Way and at the same time try to exalt the dead old coveanant. When the heart is enveloped with the darkness of the "Jewish vail", the mind and emotions are at the mercy of demons.

14: But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.
15: But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.
16: Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.
17: Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

When and Where were you saved?
Were your parents, grandparents and great, great, etc. Christians? If so, why have you abandoned your Christian heritage and the simple and pure light of Christ for a hazy and darkened "Jewish vail"?
Why do you hold the 2000 years heritage and holy traditions of the the Christian Church in contempt while in the same breadth you exalt and glorify modern antichrist Judaism's 2000 year heritage of darkness in denying and denigrating Jesus---the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob ?
Christianity has been God's New Covenant People for the last 2000 years! They are the New Israel of God according to the Word of God. They are the New Jerusalem. A city and a people built without hands.
It is the Christian People who have been worshipping and doing the will of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. You cannot speak against and despise this bride of Christ without bringing a curse upon yourself.
It is the Christian Church and Christian people who went out and evangelized the modern Jews like the Markoffs and others. These same Jews repay the Christian Church by constantly blaspheme against it. Do this sound like gratitude and humility to you? Don't you think the Markoffs could show a little respect for the millions of Christians who give their their free will offerings to spread the Gospels among the Jews and other nonbelievers?
I am sincerely interested to know how the mind and emotions of someone who calls themselves a Christians can become so warped. |
