Rumors of delisting are false. I called the company about it. They have a deadline of a meeting with the NASDAQ on June 4 at which they have to state their plans to get the price above $1. If they fail they'll have 90 days from either that meeting or the decision of the Nasdaq after the meeting. So rumors of delisting at this time, are completely false and are scare tactics.
