YES, <ISDN> UPDATE.....SPOKE FOR ONE HOUR WITH IRWIN ROTH, CEO!

Too much to tell...WOW! THe future looks incredible; great guy and saavy business man; does not hype; was a Securities Lawyer for almost 40 years. In a quick nutshell, 'cause I can't hardly read my own notes

TWO GREAT TECHNOLOGIES THEY HAVE (AND ONLY THEY HAVE):

1) CD QUALITY SOUND OVER THE INTERNET
Real Audio, AudioNet, N2k, CDNow, all have been talking to them....debuts next week on pay per listen!!!!! They are re-doing their website....almost ready!!

2) 30 Frame per Second, High resolution Video over the 'Net! A proprietary box and video on demand in the future of movies, events, etc. This is a ways off, of course

Main focus right now is getting the NEW, OEN site up to broadcast live concerts. You won't believe all the FirstLine stars they have tlaked to and will work with. Their first FREE concert or the Net attracted more than 3,000 people with no advertising. NOW...

PAY PER LISTEN GOES LIVE NEXT WEEK!

Prices: $2.00 for small. local concerts and events; $4.00 for mid-line, and on a case by case basis for the top line stars.

I asked him whether people will really pay for a "LIVE-CD QUALITY" , PAY PER LISTEN CONCERT and he said "no question...every research they ran said that is the case". People want to hear the "live banter and personal stories of the stars". And the CD Quality is a first over the Net. Royalty fees to the performers is a reasonable % (around 12%, I think he said)
**************************

The CD QUALITY AUDIO will also be used in the KTEL like division where you can listen to a single selection or a whole CD from their every growing CD library for a fee.

People will be able to see if they like the CD by paying $3-4 to listen to the whole thing or 75 cents per selection, and then buy it at a reduced rate if they like it. This could save them a lot of money on purchasing a CD they don't like.

MUCH MUCH MORE......

************************

PS- I asked him to try to do something about the wide Bid/ASK spread and I asked him to release some news on a regular basis if he could. THey have quite a story to tell and so he said he would think seriously about all my suggestions.
