NYBellBoy, BellSouth is one of the Telesp partners, along with SaftaBank, RBS TV and Sao Paulo Newspaper, according to the news article I posted in #1227. I've tried several time the past week to re-post it, but it has expired in Yahoo's listings. If you or any one else knows how to re-call those out of archeives, please re-post, along with the others in that same time period. It would be nice to have those in the research thread for future reference. Telesp, according to those articles, has already been awarded the Sao Paulo area, in the Telebras privatization.
