Sam, Let's say you got the stockholders together to sue...It costs money, unless the lawyer you refer to will do it on a contingincy (no clue how to spell). This will be a long and drawn out process and what will we gain (our initial investment back plus triple damages?) Please post more information regarding this because I'm sure SOME of us are very interested. I'm only interested if airhead tech actually (knowingly or not) mislead me. BTW, what company did you bring to it's knees...Or are you under a "gag" order...which as your lawyer would tell you...be very careful what you say about this past experience. jeff.
