Red Herring reports Wall St. Journal reports GeoCities IPO coming in second half:

herring.com

"The firm plans to sell a 10 or 15 percent stake to the public in hopes of raising between $40 million and $50 million, the Journal says. Analysts put the total value of the company between $300 million and $500 million."

CMG owns 35% of GeoCities.
