I for one think Rene has done a great job in bringing this technology to fruition. As far as I'm concerned the company ship is in good hands. Even if they lose the TPP lawsuit, Rene acted on the advice of his counsel and not in spite of it. Every lawsuit is a risk and in this case Eastern Europe was at stake. I don't think Rene should have given them technology that cost $80,000,000 to develop without putting up a good fight. He is protecting shareholder interests by refusing to give more than he has to. TPP has won nothing that Rene wasn't prepared to give them. The fight has always been on whether he is obligated to give all the technology.
