Spoke to Worldwide regarding the Rosemead acquisition and was informed by Mr. Marco that the deal should close shortly. There have been some delays in documentation due to the fact that Berkowitz, CFO, is out of the country tending to an ill parent. He is expected to return next week, and Mr. Marco feels the completion will be on track. Mr. Marco can be contacted at 818 783-0054 and is willing to talk to any investor or prospective investor.
