Bernard, <<Again, no one thought that AT&T would be in the dumper, as it currently is, or that IBM would plunge from the 170s in 1987 to 41 two years ago.>> Good post. As for the statement above, AT&T and IBM were GROSSLY mismanaged. To date, Intel's management has been one of their greatest assets and has been instrumental in the company's tremendous success. As long as management remains strong and they continue to fuel R&D, Intel has a very bright future indeed. People must remember that the technology revolution has just begun. FF
