You obviously don't know Ms. Mudge. I have been following her expert and detailed analysis of certain stocks for about a year. The particular post that you were offended by was an off topic and obviously humane attempt to calm the waters in a personal dispute that I have no interest in. It had nothing to do with you, but you chose to get surly and offensive. Under ordinary circumstances, this would mean nothing to me, but I consider Ms. Mudge to be among the top 10 posters on SI. Had she said something callous to you personally, I would understand a bit of rancor on your part, but you chose to butt into another's conversation and deliberately offend these people. So now, you insignificant particle of sea slug dung, you have offended me. With all humility, I must inform you that offending the Mighty Fowl is not a good thing. Here is the plan: you shut up and stick to the topic on the thread, never get out of line, and never post to Pat Mudge again after your public apology; or you leave everyone else alone and practice your special brand of retarded mental hi-jinx on me for a while.
