Well, there it is...

Now I wonder whether MSU will feel compelled to discuss the material impact it will have on their asset base in an 8K filing.

Folks, I want to tell you that this is the most positive news release I have seen related to MSU in the 2 1/2 years I've followed the company. For newbies to the company, it might be difficult to judge the impact of a restricted stock/cash deal and you might think it insignificant. But I submit that, knowing Wyn Holloway's reputation and personality(both 1st & 2nd hand) that he exacted his chunk of flesh for licensing MSU's technology.

Restricted AIME stock is an asset that will continue to grow as AIME follows through on its business plan. And for those who may not be aware of this, AOL just purchased a defunct Set-top box designer in the UK yesterday. Although several years delayed, TV set-top box technology needed to reach computer shy couch potatoes is the future wave and will likely bring inherent worth to both AIME and MSU.

I'm feeling pretty happy right now.... <vbg>

Regards,

Ron
