No...correction, 21 APRIL was the S-1 registration statement..'the earliest date the shares (ORBC) are expected to start trading publicly is around mid-June'. ORBI can't discuss valuations on ORBCOMM other than ORBI will remain a major sharehoder following the IPO. Sorry about that poor post..its TGIF in Florida.
