Seagate Crystal Reports Blows!

I've been working with this application on a special project
the last couple of weeks, and I'm telling you Crystal Reports
Sucks!

I've had to redesign the architecture of an application around
the shortcomings of this buggy product. Crystal Reports won't
support SQL modifications to a "select" clause, and won't support
direct application on complex table joins or on lookup tables
with no direct keyfield joins. Crystal also won't support the passing
of time or date fields to it without misinterpreting the data as
an integer field.

Crystal Reports help desk is underqualified, cannot answer
questions accurately and the wait time is minimum 20 minutes.

This bowwow stock might be good for a pop now, but I wouldn't
bother buying it in a world full of Dell, Microsoft, Lucent's....
