Since much of the public does little more than word processing, spreadsheets, web surfing, and email&#151done mostly with Microsoft products, why not just send them to Microsoft's site for fixes&#151that's about 50% or more of the job right there. Just send out a bulk spam-mail saying "Pay me $80 and I'll give you a URL" If the program doesn't really need to work&#151or don't need to exist as is the current case, this would sure save a lot of trouble. You make a very good point for buying stock in a company whose products don't really need to work. Sign me up. -MrB
