The ISLD book is not Level 2, although ISLD is frequently occupying the inside market. If you have a Java-enabled browser, and you are not behind a firewall, you should be able to see all of the limit orders entered on the ISLD ECN. There is no free Level 2, although some brokers reimburse the cost if you trade enough each month.
