Jerry: Unfortunately, many people sell at the bottom and buy at the top... Obviously, that's the opposite of what you should do... But, that's human nature... Learning to buy near a bottom is the profitable way to buy stocks... It requires somewhat of a contrary nature... That's why I'm saying that now seems like a likely time for SIII to start moving up... Jim
