I am MAJORLY confused, to say the least. Some people on here said, that it might have been a re-sent REG-S filing, because the first messed up...Anybody confirm with Mr. Arnold???
Anybody notice how when something "bad" happens (i.e. reverse split, reg-s, etc..), we are "PROMISED" a news release to follow...So far I think Jack is batting about .150 ...
I am not trying to get down on this stock, just the lack of what the heck is going on is starting to puzzle me. Very much so. I find it very interesting on the secrecy of this deal. Is this a scam? I hear about them often and especially in the shell companies. But most occur when not filing with SEC, which we DO HAVE!! Halelujah!!
I am not selling--yet---I want to hold out for the "outline." Becuase I learned a lesson last year. Don't sell before the news, riding the price up then selling right before the excitement runs out and then it falls after the price...I have seen a few do this. Not going at it this time!! I am holding out. Besides, this is my 1998 Cadillac Eldorado Fund. <LOL>
I have a few "well-off" relatives, BTW and know several big-time stock brokers. If we need to and I can do a little persuasion, I might just pool our money together and buy about 55% controlling interest in the company..Heck we are talking what..$500,000. Considering 200mill shares and share price of .005... P-nuts for me and a few others..Anybody want Me to takeover Jack's position? Folks, I am not kidding about this. I am a teen who wants some power and I feel I could turn this baby around. Make big headlines when reporters find out a 15 year old is running a company on the stock market. I might just LBO this company. In a LBO, you use the company's assets to do it. They have $500,000 in cash, plus $1,000,000 after REG-S, I could do a LBO no prob. I am dead serious. I like to joke around but I am not now. So tell Jack, he better watch out and move fast, because I am after this to make some money. My relatives are extremely smart and have the power to do such as this, with me at the helm, since I know so much about stocks and this company.
I will post more later. I will do the Proxy Vote count if you all want. Send this to Mr. Arnold if you want, I MEAN BUSINESS. I had a rough week at school, and I can get pretty tough if I so desire!!
