You do an incredible job Hawkeye and are very appreciated. Some interesting stuff you found out today to digest.I e-mailed schwab about the transfer of shares between shareholders and they said private arrangements/transfers can be done. Maybe this Freddy with 8 shares is in cahootz with ABbey Lawfirm and once the Sec filed suspension they got him to buy a couple of shares from someone via a private arrangement in order to beable to file a class action before anyone else and then back dated the transfer to prior to suspension. OK,Just letting my imagination run a little wild.But,anythings possible especially considering their reputation .
