Scribealive: I agree with you. This does not smell right to me. If they wanted to repay this individual for the loan, they could have waited for the cash to come in with the anticipated contracts. On the other hand, if they are repaying someone with stock, I guess that person will have a vested interest in making sure that the price goes up. I assume that he or she would not be selling at these levels. I have been in this company for a long time. Unfortunately, the financial situation has deteriorated just when the technology has improved and is being recognized by everyone in the industry. I am hoping that major contracts (much larger than 10 lamps) are on the way. I am too deep under water to do anything at this point. By the way, what is the relevance of Christmas with this stock? I have seen it mentioned on several occasions. Does that mean that it will be doomsday for SVSY. Please give me some details. Holding and still hoping. Happy Investing!!! Krukov
