But I can recognize the signs of aberrant behavior when they present them selves.

You did a good job of detailing how bad things were at your old company where, as an employee, you had first-hand experience. However, you have indicated nothing in your posts about what "aberrant behavior" CEO Gruder and/or ALYD management has shown to merit such strong language about them in your previous posts.

Also, I fail to see any comparison that can be made between a company, like your old one, that spent "15 years" as a "start-up", went through "5 years of litigation" and a "Chapter 11 filing" -- vs a company in ALYD that grew from $32K to $2.5M to $6.2M to $8.4M in a little over a year. Please tell me what I am missing here.

And since I assume you wouldn't be making such strong negative comments about people unless you've had some first-hand experience with them, please tell me what that experience was.

Merg, please note that I'm not saying CEO Gruder and/or ALYD management (and/or you or I for that matter) haven't rubbed people the wrong way at times, I'm just trying to clarify for myself what Gruder et al did to you to give credence to your strong statements.

Again, thanks.

- Jeff
