Bryan, you might be amused by the fact that even the daily Maui newspaper did 3 paragraphs on SEXI. Also, I have been noticing over the last 6 weeks that debate on suing SEXI seems to have two sides. Those still holding want no suits. Those that lost money and bailed out want to sue. It brings to mind an interesting question. If the SEC successfully sues and recovers $10 million does it go to people that sold at a loss and can demonstrate financial damage? Or does it go to compensate current holders that have lost money on paper, but without selling, have not technically incurred a loss yet? Any lawyers out there care to let us know if we have to sell to claim a loss?
