TSIS got burned several weeks ago when they signed Applied Materials. Applied Materials requested that TSIS not release the news publicly. Instead TSIS released the news to their shareholders only. Of course shareholders had to call Applied Materials to verify the contract. Applied Materials was p****d when they got bombarded with calls from TSIS shareholders. They implied that they would pull out of the deal if more shenanigans like this occurred. More recently when TSIS signed Seagate, Seagate insisted that they release news to their own shareholders at the time of the annual report. The Camerons have been frustrated at their inability to release news of these contracts more freely because it adds to their marketability to others and investors. Plus they rightly feel that TSIS investors have a right to know what is happening. But they are at the mercy of the companies they sign with. <<Could it be that the delay of such news be because of the relationships being struck with new companies that TSIS has to be careful WHEN to make the news available?>>
