Christmas:

If no major contracts are signed and if they keep hiring idiotic promoters like Grey, completing shity financings with conartists like Select and hiding behind offshore companies to get shares for debt with warrants as bonus the stock will tank to nil prior to Christmas.

With too much cheap stock floating out there (and which is not included in our 360 day moving average)the stock is propped
to poop down the toilet with the burden of its sales reality
and gravity for that matter - pigs don't fly.

If the same pattern continues it will bear real hard on the
already inherent weak stock structure and ever weakening
financial position. Stock death is certain.

10 lamp orders will not cover even five months of existing
overhead if it was 100% "profit" which I assume is almost
the exact reverse - "no profit".

With the burden of past idiotic management decisions
the real lack of a whiteknight with stroke supporting the
deal - the stock is toast by Christmas by all accounts.

Saying all that I do believe that their financial partners
and that is excluding those idiots at London Select
- nameley those wonderfull people who are getting shares for debt will sell stock to keep this stock alive and get some more shares
for debt. This is a viscous cycle that management has begun. One
more such debt for share conversion and I predict a silent
and quick death.

It will be up to you to figure if the stock will run like a panther or a pig.

The bid / ask is your guage on reality...and the shares outstanding
for that very matter, as we have just learned.

So if your still feeling really cheery and optimistic please average down support this cycle of sure death...hope for big orders and a whiteknight and lets not have a blue blue Christmas, we
the shareholders deserve much better and I do pray
for a big order and a whiteknight in the heat of the spring fore Xmas.
