Does the word 'promotion' ring a bell? This stock would move if someone in a position to move it wished to do so. Perhaps Sapiens has to look to another side of 'business' other than the core. MM's always have an interest in moving a stock up and down. That's how profits are made. Simple. It's moving enough for them to do some trading AND they've naturally loaded up at much lower prices. But the lack of any significant progress is putting the squeeze on the Sapien execs and their shares. Why would that be?

The MMs long range plans apparently haven't called for a runup...........yet. Just a guess.
