The meeting info is on Edgar. They blame Gems & Minerals for all the problems. Martucci is coming in to acquire the mining assets & the corporate shell with it's small cap listing. Martucci has loaned FKCM about a million so far. If the reverse split goes thru, there is still a chance to make money on this turkey.
