[LCI to pay ACN $75-$90 mln if Qwest deal closes] Seems like a LOT of money when it was so obvious LCI was going to be bought by somebody. That's why I bought their stock last year. Guess it was obvious to everyone except LCI! What a great deal for ACN - whoever put this clause in the contract was a genius.
