Dee,--------on FNM options :---------------- 1. The Dec. and Mar options have almost the same premium as you mentioned. 2. This is an interest-rate sensitive issue. 3. Economy is preceived to be slowing down. 4. New home sales are still strong. Re-financing still strong. Basically, I see it as 3 and 4 cancelling each other out, and with 2 unknown, this stock is not going anywhere for months to come. That's my take. That's how the option traders see it. Clint
